Dr. Zarah Ali

Zarah Ali is the Director of Strategy & Growth at VideaHealth, an AI company transforming how dentists diagnose and deliver care. In her current role, she leads Videa Ventures, the company’s innovation arm, focused on identifying and advancing the next generation of AI applications in dentistry. Through this work, she helps evaluate emerging technologies, shape new product concepts, and support the development of solutions that can scale across large dental organizations and private practices alike.

Zarah began her career as a general dentist, practicing for four years outside of Boston after earning her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2015. Driven by a desire to make a broader impact on oral healthcare, she went on to pursue an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management, where she focused on healthcare strategy and innovation.

Before joining VideaHealth, Zarah was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising organizations across the dental ecosystem on growth, operations, and technology adoption. Today, she combines her clinical background and business expertise to help dentists harness the power of AI to deliver smarter, more patient-centered care.
